Juan Francisco Aránguiz
President/Founder
Juan Francisco is the President and Founder of Vizcaino Asset Management and a graduate of Kogod School of Business at The American University in Washington DC. He holds a BSBA in International Marketing and has developed a career in business development while working with Financial Institutions such as Banco Credito e Inversiones (BCI) Chile, Lloyds TSB Bank Int’l Private Banking and Merrill Lynch Pierce, Fenner & Smith.
Today Juan directs the Group’s investment strategies and is in charge of all investor relations. He serves as Co - Trustee along with Coral Gables Trust Company on the FAD Revocable Trust and holds the investment mandate for the FA American Investment Real Estate Portfolio.
Juan is also a Capstone Professor at The University of Miami for the 2023 Spring Semester Masters of Finance Capstone Project on Commercial Real Estate Investing thru Multifamily Properties where he teaches Multifamily Valuation Strategies for income generation based on Deep Value & Distressed Investment approaches.
Adriana Osuna
Project Manager
Adriana has been on the Vizcaino Asset Management team since 2011. Prior to this she worked with PBS&J, as well as with Atkins Global where she worked as the Project Architect and later the Associate Project Manager for clients such as Publix Supermarkets, the Army Corps of Engineers and the US department of Defense.
During her time at our Firm, she has been a pioneer in the initial development of our distressed real estate portfolio strategy and an invaluable contributor in the stabilization process that accompanies it. Today Adriana supervises the stabilization of all acquisitions while also administering the day-to-day cost control of all our Real Estate operations.
She holds a master’s degree in construction management from Florida International University (FIU) and a bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota Colombia.
Valerie Stolarczyk
Property Manager
Valerie is the Property Manager / Bookkeeper for the Investment Group's Commercial Real Estate Portfolios. Her primary duties include overseeing the day-to-day management of general Portfolio Operations, serving as the primary contact for tenant communications and preparing monthly cash flow reports for accounting purposes as well as for investor evaluations,
Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on International Business from Florida International University where she attained Dean’s List Recognition in several occasions.
Harlen Rodriguez
Facilities Manager
Harlen Rodriguez serves as the Head of Facilities Management for the Vizcaino Asset Management Portfolio. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad de la Habana and a Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Tecnológico de Monterrey (TecMilenio).
With over a decade of expertise in the real estate industry, Harlen has demonstrated her proficiency in managing real estate investments. She spent over 10 years at Grupo Capitel Desarrollos in Monterrey, Mexico, where she successfully oversaw the performance and management of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio consisting of 200 leases. Following this, she served as a Real Estate Advisor at Cacheiro S.A., where she played a pivotal role in the acquisition and placement of real estate products for both independent owners and investors.
Harlen's dedication to excellence and her strategic approach to facilities management contribute significantly to the success of the portfolio.
